Immunology
The Immunology Services (IS) Unit at the WNPRC have assembled a team of researchers with the goal of honing the animal model of AIDS to better guide the vaccine enterprise. IS provides MHC tetramers to SIV researchers, performs standard assays to measure cellular immune responses, and offers a source of expertise in designing and carrying out flow cytometry aided experiments and other immunological assays.
