Primate Center Services
Genetics
Genetics Services offers a variety of macaque MHC genotyping tools. High-resolution pyrosequencing assays for rhesus, cynomolgus, and pig-tailed macaques constitute the bulk of our requests. Microsatellite (STR) analyses with a panel of markers spanning the MHC are also used for high-resolution haplotyping of Mauritian-origin cynomolgus macaques
