In emergency situations, it may be acceptable to obtain verbal permission provided the written permission is completed in a reasonable amount of time.

In most cases, we can provide the address, telephone number or e-mail address of copyright holders. (see list of addresses at: http://www.primate.wisc.edu/pin/contribute.html) If we are unable to provide this information, it is still the responsibility of the user to obtain permission on their own.

Any and all uses of materials from the WPRC AV Archives must cite the photographer's name and the support of the WPRC AV Archives. (For example: "Robert Dodsworth/WPRC AV Archives" or "R. Dodsworth/WPRC AV Archives")
